The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) House of representative candidate for Old Ifedapo federal constituency, Hon. Dr. Lukman Adisa Adamawa has celeberated Nigerian 62nd independence with youth engagement and capacity building staged at ATISBO local government headquaters, Tede.
The event was anchored on reorientating youth on their role towards the upcoming election and nation building, the mental capacity building session was titled “Rethinking Strength, Weakness, opportunity and Threat in Ifedapo Federal Constituency” which was facilitated by Dr. Muslim Yusuff where he anayzed the opportunities, threats and as well as strength around them.
The guest speaker in his address encourage youth to get involved in electioneering process and make positive impact that other youth are making around the world.
He furthered by citing the fundamental projects and success being recorded by their age grade in the country.
Dr. Lukman Adisa Salami (ADAMAWA) in his statements said “this is a preparatory program for 2023 governance, if you don’t prepare before you appear you disappear quickly in the political space.”
Adamawa in his remark said if the he can be entrusted with the mandate to represent the region in 2023 at federal house of representatives, his activity will be inclusive in nature by retrieting that youth empowerment, special welfare package for aged and women development tops his agenda.
The programme had in attendance Hon. Solomon Akinwale Akinwole wolekanle(PDP Senatorial Candidate) Oyo North, Hon. Hussain Yusuff Hijabah(PDP Candidate for Houseof Representatives Irepo, orelope, Olorunsogo fed Constituency), Hon Ismail Adedeji(former Atisbo Local Government), Hon. Femi Julius(Member OYSHA SAKI-WEST), Hon Ridwan Saminu Gbadamosi (Member OYSHA SAKI-EAST & ATISBO) amongst other dignitaries.
