Advantra Technology, a rising Nigerian startup focused on inclusive digital education and AI-powered learning infrastructure, has announced its selection for the fourth cohort of the prestigious iHatch incubation program organized by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), in partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Office for Nigerian Digital Innovation (ONDI).
The iHatch Cohort 4 program, which commenced in June 2025, is a 3-month intensive initiative designed to refine innovative business ideas, strengthen entrepreneurial capacities, and accelerate the growth of impact-driven startups across Nigeria. Advantra’s inclusion in the program underscores its growing influence as a key player in bridging Africa’s digital and educational divides.
Founded in early 2025 by a multidisciplinary team of experts in software engineering, data science, and business development, Advantra Technology has quickly established itself as a promising force in the technology and education ecosystem. Through its AI-powered Learning Management System (LMS) and its flagship tech talent pipeline, the AdvAntra Technology Mastery Program (TMP), the startup is tackling one of Africa’s most pressing challenges: the widening digital skills gap.
The TMP initiative delivers personalized, job-ready tech education, offering direct access to internship opportunities and fostering digital inclusion.
