Hon. Igẹ Abiola Mayowa (ÒRÉ ARÁ ÌLÚ), the Supervisory Councillor for Environment in Saki West Local Government Area of Oyo State, has extolled the virtues of the Oyo State Commissioner for Trade, Investment and Cooperatives, Hon. Niyi Adebisi, as he joined family, political associates and well-wishers to celebrate the commissioner on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a rare leader whose life has been defined by service, mentorship and enduring commitment to public good.
