Advocates For Unity, Harmony To Move The Region Forward.
Coalition of Oyo North Youth Organisation (CONYO), a dynamic alliance comprising youth organisations from the thirteen (13) local government areas within the Oyo North Senatorial District holds her inauguration and local government representatives onboarding exercise in Saki.
The body is basically introduced in order to build a strong relationship within all youth in Oyo North Senatorial District in all aspects of development ranging from leadership, local governance unity, peaceful coexistence and lot more.
This was made available to newsmen during a press conference held at the VIP section of Oredegbe Multipurpose Hall in Saki.
Comrade Adewale Samad briefly explained the concept of the body to the gathering and called for full participation without selfish interest.
Comrade Oladejo Kazeem however listed out the objectives of the body in order to achieve greatness beyond imagination.
Part of the objectives include; Unity Promotion, Advocating for Youth Participation in Local Governance, Community Development, Civic Engagement, Skill Development, Information and Resource Sharing and lot more.
Also, during the project inauguration, the representatives of each local government advocated for unity, progress and peaceful coexistence with everyone in Oyo North.
