The candidate for the House of Representatives under the platform of the Accord party in Old Ifedapo constituency, Hon. Jacob Funmi Ogunmola (JFO), has donated 50 bags of cement to Mokola Isale Alfa community maternity, which is still under construction. He made the announcement today during his visit to a community meeting and promised to implement the pledge with immediate effect.
Ogunmola said health is wealth and the wellness of people should be a priority to everyone, aside from being in power or looking towards that angle. The health of commoners should never be toyed with.
He added that a community as large as Mokola Isale Alfa should not be able to boast of a community maternity to take any health challenges that may arise.
JFO encourages the community to continue engaging him in the affairs of humanity as he is ready beyond their expectations to give the best service in humanity, healthcare delivery, and governance to all and sundry in the constituency.
He urged people to vote for him in the upcoming election because he is prepared to serve them better than anyone else.
The community association thanked him for the surprise visit and the huge donation made to them. They added that this will speed up the ongoing work and put the maternity in the right shape as well as improve the healthcare delivery in the community.
