Hon. Kareem Tajudeen Abisodun, Member representing Saki West, Saki East and Atisbo Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, has charged stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to close ranks, work collaboratively and remain united in ensuring the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 general election.
The lawmaker made the call on Tuesday during the APC Renewed Hope Ambassador Rally held at the Saki City Hall, where party faithful, leaders and supporters converged to reaffirm their commitment to the ruling party and the Renewed Hope agenda of the Tinubu administration.
According to Hon. Abisodun, the success recorded so far under President Tinubu’s leadership provides a compelling justification for continuity, stressing that sustained support would enable the administration to consolidate on its reforms and developmental programmes across critical sectors of the Nigerian economy.
He noted that the Renewed Hope agenda, though demanding sacrifices, is strategically designed to reposition the nation on the path of sustainable growth, economic stability and inclusive development.
He urged APC stakeholders to intensify grassroots mobilisation and constructive engagement, particularly at the constituency level, to secure overwhelming support for the President in 2027.
“This is a defining moment for our great party and our nation. Unity among APC stakeholders is non-negotiable if we must guarantee victory in 2027 and allow President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to complete and deepen the good governance and developmental plans he has embarked upon for Nigeria,” Abisodun said.
The federal lawmaker pledged to work closely with other political leaders, party executives and stakeholders across Saki West, Saki East and Atisbo Federal Constituency to strengthen party cohesion and ensure effective coordination ahead of the next general election.
In his remarks, Hon. Abisodun also appealed to members of the APC to uphold internal harmony by according due honour and respect to party elders, leaders and loyal members who have contributed to the growth and stability of the party. He emphasized that mutual respect and recognition of contributions are essential for fostering unity and collective progress within the party.
“When we honour those who deserve it and respect one another, we build trust, strengthen unity and create a solid front that can deliver electoral success,” he added.
Concluding his address, Hon. Abisodun reassured constituents of his unwavering commitment to effective representation, promising increased dividends of democracy through sustained advocacy, people-oriented projects and continuous engagement with the federal government.
He reiterated that his support for President Tinubu’s re-election is anchored on the conviction that continuity would translate into more infrastructural development, economic opportunities and improved welfare for the people of his constituency and Nigerians at large.
