Omirinde mourns NASCOTECH.

The death of Alhaji Nasiru Salami Aribidesi, AKA NASCOTECH, has been described as a great loss to the entire Oke-Ogun and Oyo state at large. His death is not only to his political class but to other classes because he was a man of many parts.

Making the description, the Executive Chairman of Saki West Local Government, who also doubles as the ALGON vice chairman in the state, Engr Sarafadeen Ahmed Ominrinde, said Alhaji Salami lived a fulfilled life and his impact will be greatly missed by all. 

Ominrinde, who happened to be an in-law of the deceased, said Alhaji Salami was a great politician, community leader, farmer, successful business mogul, oil magnate, and philanthropist. 

“Baba will be greatly missed by his political associates, business associates, and friends for his humility and transparent way of life.”

He stressed further that the deceased left when his hard-earned experiences were needed.

Omirinde said Alhaji Salami held various positions of authority, which include Part-Time Commissioner, Oyo State Local Government Service Commission, and Caretaker Committee Chairman of Saki West LG, among others.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings, grant him aljana fridaos, and give the entire family, friends, and associates the fortitude to bear the loss.

He will be buried today according to Islamic rites in Sakí.
