The Atmosphere is very intensed for People’s Democratic party members in Saki West local government over the flag bearer for various elective post for upcoming elections in the country.
Previous report has emanated that the incumbent honorable representing Saki West at Oyo state House of Assembly, Hon. Femi Julius Okedoyin has clinched the ticket of the party on concensus arrangement which led to series of protest from other people in the contest.
Bonuola Vanguard member took it to the street today to protest about the arrangement and imposition within the party and demand for free and fair process in chosing the flag bearer for the party in upcoming elections.
The group reacted to the message by urging the leaders of the party in Saki west and Oke-Ogun to respect the opinion of party members and do away with selfish interest.
The group engaged in peaceful protest today with various inscriptions that go against concensus and advocate for free and fair primary election within the party for easy victory in coming general election.
They call on Gov. Seyi Makinde to intervene and react to the matter for progress and Development of the party.
Bonuola Vanguard now stated that they are all supporting Seyi Makinde for second term.
