Global Skills Hub, the organizer of the annual Africa Education Summit, is recognized as one of the continent’s leading advocates for education, empowerment, and innovation. The award is widely regarded as a prestigious honour reserved for individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, scholarly excellence, and significant contributions to academia and community development.

In a statement signed by the General Secretary of the Ilorin Emirate Community at KWASU, Dr. Abdullahi A. Bakare, the group described Prof. Ibrahim’s recognition as a testament to his reputation for academic excellence and leadership prowess.

“The award affirms Prof. Ibrahim’s commitment to excellence, his capacity to inspire others, and the profound impact of his efforts on students, colleagues, and society at large. It is a global recognition that reflects greatly on his professional stature and stands as evidence of his enduring academic and leadership legacy,” the statement read.

The community further noted that receiving the award places Prof. Ibrahim among eminent scholars who have influenced education policies, curriculum development, and innovation on both national and global scales.
