Hon. Hajji Sanusi Wasiu, a grassroots politician and member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and House of Assembly hopeful, has obtained the expression of interest/nomination forms in readiness for the party’s primaries slated to hold in May.
Sanusi who is one of the leading aspirant for the Saki west state Constitution in APC made this known while speaking with journalists after obtaining expression of interest and nomination form at the party secretariat.
He said the party is poised to ensure that APC clear all seats in Oyo state and at the National level come 2023.
Speaking on his ambition, he said “This is a step towards achieving our dreams of rendering quality representation and facilitate development to the constituency.
“Its crystal clear that our people are yearning for better and quality representation at the state house of Assembly, and other level of government, I am ready to be their hears and eyes as well as to let their voice be heard at the state assembly.
I won’t be a rubber stamp lawmaker if elected, I grew up in the communities, I know where the shoe pinches and I am ready to alleviate their suffering if elected that’s why our people refers to me as grassroots politician.”
He was accompanied to the party secretariat by scores of supporters, party leaders and youths.
