The Chairman, The Oke Ogun Polytechnic, Saki Governing Council, Barrister Sarafadeen Abiola Onijo has hailed the Executive Governor of Oyo state for making Oke Ogun roads motorable and tagged the institution Maiden Convocation lecture as an eyes opener for both management and students of the institution.

Barrister Onijo made this known during the maiden Convocation lecture organized for the graduating student on Friday.

He noted that if not that the road from Ibadan to Oke Ogun is motorable the guest lecturer will not be able to attend the convocation program as stated earlier by the lecturer.

He furthered that the program is eye opener, self explanatory, which is going to help beyond lecture but an orientation on path to success.

Barrister Onijo appreciate Professor Sola Aderounmu for delivering such a wonderful lecture which change the thinking of the young and old present at the venue.

Similarly, He appreciates member of the staff and the management for their cooperation toward the development of the school.

He promise that the present Governing Council will ensure all apparatus were putting in place to make sure best results are coming out of Oke Ogun Polytechnic, Saki.

Barrister Onijo now assure the casual workers of the institution that with the help of other Governing Council, their issues will be resolved.

Recall that Barrister Sarafadeen Abiola Onijo was officially announced by the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde as the Chairman, Governing Council of The Oke Ogun Polytechnic on 13th September, 2022.

Barrister Onijo also use the avenue to assure the workers of TOPS the best from him in transforming the institution to a standard one which will be able to compete with other tertiary institutions on infrastructural development, student development and sustainable future for the students.

He also warned the member of the staff to desist from visiting him to discuss irrelevant issue but his door is always open for constructive criticism.
