The Chairman of Saki West Local Government, Hon. Sarafadeen Omirinde, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Seyi Makinde, on the occasion of his 55th birthday celebration and prayed for prosperity and happiness in the celebrant’s life.
In a press release made available to the newsmen through the Head of Information Unit, Saki West Local Government, Alh. Dauda Aderogba, Omirinde appreciated God’s grace in the celebrant’s life and the special honor bestowed on the god people of the local government by the governor to celebrate his birthday in the local government since the beginning of his administration.
“On behalf of the good people of Saki West Local Government, I congratulate our executive governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, on the occasion of his 55th birthday ceremony.
“It is a privilege for us to have a people-loving governor in Saki every 25th of December since the inception of this government, and we do not take this for granted.”
“We appreciate the total love and support of Governor Makinde to the people of Oke-Ogun and Oyo State generally because we have not witnessed tremendous development like we are witnessing under Engr. Makinde since 1999 in Oyo State.”
He added that the people of Oke-Ogun always repay goodness in multiple folds, and this will be shown in the coming election.
“We are people who love repaying goodness in multiple folds; come 2023, we will repay the goodness by voting Engr. Makinde for a second term for unmatched development and governance to continue in Oyo State.”
He urges the general public to do away with the campaign of calumny being spread by the opposition party to stop good governance in Oyo State and stick to good governance that has the people’s best interests at heart.
