It was a fun filled with good atmosphere for New year born babies across the government hospitals in Saki as a social club known as The Great club of Oke-Ogun, Saki, celebrates with the families of newly born babies and hospitalized individuals in those hospitals.
The group made donations of beverages to mark the birthday of the babies that was delivered on new year anniversary in Saki West local government as part of their annual charity service. The event was graced by the chairman of the club, Alh. Ganiyu Tunji Rasaq and other members of the club.
The Club toured Saki specialist hospital, Isale Taba Maternity and Kajola Maternity. At Saki specialist hospital, one baby was recorded(male) as new born and several gift were presented to the baby as well as two hospitalized individuals in the ward.
Also at Isale Taba Maternity, a single born(male) was recorded and gifts was presented to celebrate the baby while the record was skyrocketed at Kajola Maternity at Sanngo where Three babies were born at early hours of the year (2 male and 1 female) and they were appreciated with the gifts as well.
The chairman of the club, Alh. Ganiyu Tunji Rasaq congratulated the families of the babies and prayed for them to be successful in life.
He stressed forward that the aims and objectives of the club is to look after the welfare of her members as well as the humanity at large. He recognized the supports of the members towards the success being recorded by the social organization and charged them to continue supporting the movement in order to proceed in reaching out to society and lessen the burden of less privileged.
