The chairmen, under the leadership of their Chairman, Muhammad Ganiyu Olabisi, made their position known in a statement issued on behalf of the constituency’s zonal leadership.

The development comes amid concerns and allegations suggesting that some members of the party’s grassroots structures may be working against the interests of the APC. However, the 54 zonal chairmen have moved to distance themselves from such claims, insisting that they remain committed to the party and its objectives.

According to the group, their loyalty to the APC remains unwavering, and they are prepared to continue working towards the progress and strengthening of the party at the grassroots.

“We have pledged our loyalty to party and party supremacy is our utmost priority, we will work for all the candidates starting from President Ahmed Tinubu, RT. Hon. Saliu Yakubu Danladi who is gubernatorial candidate to H.E. Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq who is vying for Kwara Central Senatorial position and the rest of the party candidates “.

The chairmen emphasized the importance of unity, discipline and collective commitment within the party, noting that the zonal structures remain an important link between the party leadership and its members at the grassroots.

Speaking through the leadership of the group, Olabisi maintained that the chairmen would continue to support the party and uphold the principles and decisions of the APC.

He stressed that the group would not allow unfounded allegations to create division among party members, calling instead for greater cooperation and understanding among stakeholders.

The Public Relations Officer of the 54 Zonal Chairmen, Abdulrasaq Abdulrahman Omoloyin, also reaffirmed the group’s position, stating that the chairmen remained united in their support for the APC.

The declaration is expected to further clarify the position of the zonal leadership and reinforce its commitment to the party as political activities continue to gather momentum.

For the 54 Mogaji-Ngeri Constituency Zonal Chairmen, the message is unequivocal: their allegiance remains with the APC, and they are prepared to continue playing their role in strengthening the party from the grassroots upward.
