Councillor representing Ward 11 in Saki West Local Government Area of Oyo State, Hon. Hammed Saheed Titilope, has distributed relief materials, mainly clothing items, to no fewer than 150 party faithful as part of efforts to appreciate their unwavering support, dedication, and valuable contributions to his political journey and service in office.
Speaking during the distribution exercise, Hon. Titilope described the beneficiaries as committed party members whose loyalty, sacrifices, and constructive advice have significantly contributed to his performance as a councillor and the continued growth of the party at the grassroots level. He noted that the gesture was aimed at recognizing their steadfast support and encouraging them to remain active participants in the collective efforts to advance the party’s ideals and objectives.
The councillor emphasized that leadership is most effective when it is built on mutual trust, cooperation, and continuous engagement with the people. According to him, the support he has received from party faithful across Ward 11 has strengthened his resolve to deliver quality representation and remain responsive to the needs and aspirations of constituents.
Hon. Saheed also used the occasion to express profound appreciation to party executives, stakeholders, and leaders within Saki West Local Government and beyond for their unwavering support and guidance. He acknowledged the critical roles played by party structures in maintaining unity and ensuring the continued success of the party at various levels.
Particularly, he commended the administration of the Chairman of Saki West Local Government, Hon. Gbenga Akinola Olaleye, for providing purposeful leadership and fostering an environment conducive to grassroots development. He noted that the chairman’s commitment to good governance and people-oriented policies has positively impacted communities across the local government area.
The councillor equally lauded the administration of the Governor of Oyo State, , describing it as one that has continued to prioritize infrastructure development, economic growth, education, healthcare, and social welfare. He stated that the achievements recorded by the state government have strengthened public confidence in the party and positioned it favorably ahead of future electoral contests.
While addressing party members, Hon. Saheed urged them to remain united, disciplined, and committed to the ideals of the party. He stressed the importance of sustaining the spirit of teamwork and loyalty that has enabled the party to record successes across the state.
