The National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted all 9 undergraduate programmes presented by Kwara State University, Malete, in the October/November 2025 accreditation round full accreditation status.
NUC’s Director of Accreditation, Abraham Chundusu, has successfully approved the result of the accreditation aligned to the state governor, the institution and the visitor of Kwara state university as the complete accreditation status remain relevant for 5years statutory.
The undergraduate programmes accreditation are, “Accounting; Banking and Finance; Business Administration; Environmental Health Science; English; Linguistics; Performing Arts; Computer Science; and Microbiology.
The Vice-Chancellor of Kwara State University, Malete, Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh celebrates this achievement with both the institution staffs, members and the visitor.
He stated that the successful reaccreditation of the 9 programmes pointed to the commitment of all stakeholders to sustain the excellent education provided by the institution.
Professor Jimoh further implore the University Community to keep being dedicated to the institution service as the management strive not relent in working for the advancement of the institution.
